We were really looking forward to our stay, but it was incredibly disappointing. Although the location had lovely scenery and the hotel was clean, our experience was marred by a chaotic arrival with no available rooms and loud disturbances from students. The staff's friendliness varied a lot and the dining options were mediocre, which didn't justify the price we paid.
